Registration

We welcome any grantmaking foundation, bilateral donor, international organisation and corporate funder which is based or working in Central and Eastern Europe.

Participation in GEF 2017  is only open to participants who meet the following eligibility criteria:

  • you represent a grantmaking/operating foundation or a public/multilateral donor
  • your organisation is active, or interested in becoming active, in one or more countries in Central and Eastern Europe
  • you are not a grant seeker

If you comply with these criteria, you are welcome to register for the GEF. If you have any queries please contact the GEF Secretariat.

Registration fees for GEF are as below:

   
EFC Member 220 EUR
Non EFC Member 260 EUR
Partner rate * 75 EUR

*  partners are welcome to join the social events and site vists

 

How to register

1. Go to the registration login page
2. Enter your email address and password

  • If you do not already have login details please click on ‘request a login’ and follow the onscreen instructions
  • The email address used must be the email address of the delegate wishing to attend the event

3. Go to the ‘new registration’ page and select the “GEF 2017” event
4. Complete the form and payment details. Do not close any windows until instructed to do so.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing to the GEF Secretariat. We shall give full refunds (minus processing charges) for cancellations received by 15 September 2017.

  • NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR THOSE WHO CANCEL AFTER 17 September 2017
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference has taken place for administrative reasons

 

Please note:

  • The EFC reserves the right to deny any registrations that are submitted
  • The conference language is English; no translation/interpretation is available
  • Grantseeking is strictly forbidden during the GEF
  • Please do not book any travel or accommodation before you have received confirmation that your registration has been accepted
  • Once a registration has been submitted it cannot be cancelled/amended without contacting the GEF Secretariat. Pay close attention to the cancellation policy!
